I have such a love for portraits, particularly when they are in black and white. However, I'm really terrible at capturing people in special moments. They either feel awkward in front of a camera, or I panic and just miss the moment all together. I can't tell you how much it irritates me that I can't get any good shots from my time spent with people. But the only way to get better is to practise, right? So I've been clicking away with Kirsten as my subject. Hold thumbs I figure the "art of the portrait" out.
