Best Burger secret...

So I've discovered the secret to the best burger patty you'll ever chuck together... Coriander seeds! Spank my bottom and call me Jim! You'll never look back once you go down this road. Invest in a little pestle and mortar, and give a small handful of these a good pounding before throwing it all in with your minced meat. From here, you pretty much have carte blanche to run with whatever else it might be that you want to add. A tablespoon of whole grain mustard, finely sliced parsley, some parmesan cheese, good lug of worcestershire sauce and you're laughing. Obviously don't forget the essentials: an egg to bind it, some bashed up cream crackers or bread crumbs, and salt and pepper! Boom, get ready for a mouth-gasm.

But trust me, the coriander seeds are the game changer in all of this. It's so subtle, but makes all the difference. They sit so well with any meaty flavours, and in a rock star burger patty, you're going to cart wheel... Enjoy!
