Herbs, Bonnievale
Herbs are probably the most underrated addition to any meal one prepares. It can take something from being plain mediocre, to simply sublime! Nowadays, the ease of availability of these in shops means that the opportunities for dabbling in whatever it might be is endless... Sage and rosemary were the order for the day for this meal. Rump and chicken, open flame. Sold...
